In stock physical items such as computer equipment, electronics, or products over $50 in value are shipped from one of our locations same-day or next-day using a courier company (DHL, Purlator, Fedex, or UPS)
Special-order / backordered items are typically shipped either direct from our distributor / manufacturer to you or once in stock.
Custom web and software development are billed and delivered based on completion of milestones. Typically we require a 25% deposit on the estimated quoted price to start work. Upon completion of different milestones, we will require further payments as discussed with your Voluum Contact Representative - up to 75% of the total estimated cost. The final 25% will be due upon completion and receipt of final goods.
Credit may be available upon request and approval.

Born in 1976 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Greg has always been a 'dreamer' in terms of business ideas. From a t-shirt design business in highschool using iron-on T-shirt transfers to his current venture in Voluum - Greg has always been one to make things happen and inspire others. Greg is a graduate of the Management Studies program at Grant MacEwan College and also holds technical certifications in the IT industry. With a love of quantum cosmology, theoretical physics and philosophy - you will often find Greg referencing one of his favorite scientists - Albert Einstein. Greg provided the following quote as a direction for which he wants to take himself and Voluum.
