Terms & Conditions
At voluum, your experience and satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Should you wish to return a purchased product, please follow the simple steps below to ensure your satisfaction:
- E-mail support@voluum.com for return instructions.
- Ship the item and your completed product return form to:

Conditions:
- Under contract, we cannot accept returns of licensed software once opened. If the software CD/DVD is scratched or faulty, we will make arrangements with the software manufacturer for a replacement.
- Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (ie: wrong item sent, etc.). For your protection, we encourage you to send your return the item through a traceable courier company (DHL, UPS, Purolator).
- Return packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD.
- Exchanges are sent back to you at no additional charge.
- If you request a refund, your credit card will be credited then we process your return
- Please note on the product return form or packing slip why you decided to return our product so that we can improve our service
- All refunds must be returned to the original form of payment.
If the Order is Damaged, Defective or the if we shipped the wrong item, please contact us immediately at (780) 476-3636 so we can advise you how to proceed. Ensure to keep all damaged packaging and goods.
